Gustafs Feltfon
Feltfon acoustic felt absorbers from Gustafs are the latest addition to their linears range of interior wall and ceiling products suitable for both indoor and outdoor installation including wet areas.
Constructed of 9mm thick, fire-resistant, acoustic PET fleece, Feltfon is available in a range of style including classic rectangular baffles in a range of standard and custom sizes as well as creative design adaptations for to add shape, texture, and interest.
Feltfon is made from a minimum 50% post-consumer recycled material and available in 11 colour shades.
The system is installed using Capax mounting profiles for demountable installation on walls and ceilings. The profiles can be painted in colours to match the felt and flat felt sections or natural timber trims can be used between baffles for a more complete finish.
All Feltfon products are fire tested to achieve Euroclass B-s1,d0 for reaction to fire, for minimal spread of flames, smoke production, or flaming droplets.
Feltfon is designed to be a high-performance, all-in-one acoustic wall and ceiling treatment, achieving up to Class A with recommended acoustic installation methods and Class D for flush mounting without any additional mounting depth or mineral wool layers.

Design Options and Customisation
All Feltfon styles are available in a combination of the colours in the swatch below, these colours can be mixed and matched between standard ribs and baffles or combined using any of the special Feltfon design variations.
Standard Feltfon ribs and baffles can be produced in sizes from 40mm deep and 40mm wide to 102mm deep and 120mm wide and Feltfon baffles can be made up to 580mm deep. Special sizes can also be produced on request.
In addition to traditional square ribs and baffles, Feltfon is available in 10 more versatile and innovative designs to add colour and interest to your space.
Slash, Intersections and Pixel allow for simple variations on the traditional linear format, combining multiple colours of felt or timber and laminate sections into one length for a simple and effective detail.
Curve and Vector styles allow you to overlay rib pieces with simple curves and arches or more complex designs from existing collections as well as options to create your own design to incorporate branding or other personalised touches such as landscapes and simple artwork.
DNA, and Diablo Feltfon styles add width and depth variations across each rib length to create their designs and Amethyst, Diamond, and Box use individually mounted 3D shapes which group together to create textured wall designs.
Installation
All Feltfon variations achieve the same systematic installation efficiency as the full Gustafs range of panel and linear solutions.
Feltfon is a fully demountable wall and ceiling solution, using proprietary Capax profiles and co-ordinating linings, trims, and infill pieces for simple and fast fitting and tool-free removal.
